If you put shares in to the ELF then you can pay the full strike price!
If there is any discount offered on the strike price, then ECT management would be devaluing all shareholders who actually paid to convert the shares.
IMO, there should be absolutely no freebies of any kind, especially not to reward greed.
How weak would ECT look if they had to offer shareholders discounts to get support for the company?! I reckon that would be a bad move!
