Ok then, I will expect your acknowledgement when the RCA is signed without the bond being in place.
And back at you if I am incorrect, which I don’t expect to be.
And it’s pleasing to hear you have no issue in paying out the ELF loan when the RCA is signed, I’ve heard that from quite a few loan holders which will go a long way in securing the bond for the project which will be due around the time of the awarding of the major works contracts. That doesn’t mean the company wouldn’t like it in place sooner if they could manage it.
