My question would be "why is the elephant still talking to the mosquito?" . Surely it would be easier to swat it off and move on.
That tells me they want the technology. And of course they will bargain for the best terms possible because they see it has a BIG future and they want as much as possible for themselves.
Probably prepared to crush ECT to get it.
What we need to know, is ECT management strong enough to hang in there and get a good return for its shareholders.
