yet again ECT shareholders are left to fill in the blanks and here on HC everyone will go back and forth trying to guess the details that should be contained in the announcement.

Is Sholtz correct is Whiddon3 correct ?. How much is the Bond? I thought we were being funded what and how much is the working capital?

“We understand that the questions were subsequently addressed to the director’s satisfaction, paving theway forward.” Are they or aren't they?

"Under the RCA, ECT is required to make funding commitments to the project including project workingcapital, resourcing to the project management team and project control committee, and the project bond." If this was known to exist under the RCA what are the details and how could it possibly create a delay as if it was known and understood it therefore should of been addressed long before this point.

The immediate next steps include ‘freezing’ the RCA, signing of the RCA, subsequent financial closeand project commencement, targeted by 31 March 2019. 
Stop treating shareholders with such disrespect at this very painful point in time, the use of the word immediate in relation to the signing of the RCA really even on you r own published timeline it is 1-2months away.

Shareholders are owed the reality the correct details without them how can anyone make an educated investment decision, or are our board currently running around trying to find the answers themselves and thats why we don't have them.
