I think everyone is missing the “Freezing of the RCA”. To me this means the terms are now set and agreed so nothing can change, no more more squeezing from NNDC or NLC. The only thing ECT need to do to ensure this project goes ahead is to secure their bond and project funding. I’m confident this will be achieved with the ELF funds.
The NMDC board meeting was never for any actual signing as some have suggested, it was to give board approval for the signing to go ahead at an agreed date which at this stage is prior to or by March 31st.
As the Ann clearly states the project is proceeding to the next stage with NLC and NMDC approval.
I know blind freddie can’t read but some need to read a little closer and try to comprehend.
