I don't recall anyone saying the Indians would put a freeze on signing and the ELF holders would be smashed yet again.
The bottom line when dealing with India is money, pure and simple. Looks like the punters are coping it sweet and learning an easy lesson for some, but much harder when you have a truly stupid policy of polite persistence.
