The amount of money required to get the project to commercial operation is quite substantial Their for due diligence is definitely required However their are certain time frames reasonably expected for the completion and signing of mpa We would hope the signing will take place within months and commissioning begin so we can get this demo plant built at least by mid 2019 Any longer delays will not augur well in my opinion The Indian companies are still motivated so lets get this done
