I live in Thailand pies and trust me when the 'wet' starts if you are in the early stage of construction with footings/concrete there is little to no chance of even getting the heavy machinery onsite - I am waiting until after this period before starting our big home so really all that will be lost is the panickers will lose their shares but I will hopefully be buying them.
