The reason it keeps getting sold is because of the uncertainty of the project going ahead.
The announcement was to clarify the review was just part of the long winded process it is with dealing with government entities and will be completed by end of this week.
It is extremely likely that we will reach financial closure by Oct 30th.
It will then be a wakey wakey call for the market that NLC and NMDC are serious about MATMOR all IMO.
