Have a read of the last ANN and try to fathom what has caused this delay - NMDC failed to do what ECT management had been led to believe would happen but it didn't - tell me how ECT management can held up high as the culprits. ECT managers and diretors let it come to this even though they were warned by some minority share holders that India was wasteing there time and that india did not share the sence of importence that ECT was telling share holders about regarding the RCA.
Management led ECT to this 2019 outcome by not putting there foot down 6 months or a year ago! They could have put there foot down or thretened to walk away a long time back.
Dont try to make this failure all about the failed Janruary singing date. It is far bigger than that mate. Your spinning yarn to the forum i think because it is in your best intrest as a share holder that your shares price does not go down. Try to be objective mate.
The place ECT are at right now has come about from at least a year of ignoring the writing on the wall that Directors and managment were told about daily.
They come on here as Ect Reps and dont say exactly who they are name for name and no body can hold them accountible by name but if they did we could pin point exactly who was ignoring the critisism. They chery picked all the questions that they want to anser and ignore the critisism and htats not fair on all share holders. Some of the share holders who talk on here are major share holders who ask the Rep questons and it some times comes across as a set up. A concerted effort some call it. They wont even come here now to anser questons and only come to anser questons when it suits them even though they are reading this cite evry day. It provides them with preperation for how to comunicate to share holders because they learn what share holders need to hear by reading there critisisms and praises. This place is a tool for them and htey use it some times but put it down when its not useful.
If managment put that same effort in to listening to evry ones critisism good or bad for the last year may be managment would have said 'if you miss a sunset date you are not serious'. 'You expected us to finalise reports but you wont do whats expected of you'. And may be managment and directors would have said that the whole india deal lacks integraty and there is reson to have measured level of confadence but not complete confadence. They missed 2 sunset dates and what 3 singing ratafications 3 times in a row? A pettern had set in long before the Janruary problem so dont say that where the company is at right now isnt the management of ECTs fault. It is there fault. They have done bad bussiness for there share holders and got salary increses along the way and discount option loans. And all that has amounted to the company being in the state it is in. Its got very little to do with NMDC when you think clearly about it. Stop joking with evry one its a insult to our intellagence.
