It is too late to withdraw from India by now. We all are deep into this sheet already especially, Option holders are now paying for ELF loans for $$$ thousands a year due to ECT failed to ink with many attempt. just named it ALDP, Monash, Saga now India again. If Ect will starts from scratch again to find new partner, SP will not recover for years again and that time ELF will be expired in July 2020. Who will pay and how will pay these loans while SP is below the Option exercise prices. Everybody will get screw up again badly.. Too Late Cockatoooo Too Late now.
