SP3 – I am implying that even ECT now openly shared its frustrations. So the predicament is where do they go from here? Another update to Shareholders with a “timeline” and “intention” would be taking the mickey out of all of us. On the other hand “no update” is detrimental and will shake confidence.

I think a joint announcement of all three parties reaffirming:

(1) the current status of the project

(2) the process to execute and sign agreements

(3) shared future and potential driving to REAL outcomes

(4) acknowledgement by all parties that expedience is required would be a good start

One can only dream that professionalism will prevail!
