Jim Blackburn has been in India for the last week and half and is still there, so you can rest assured he is doing everything in his power to get this done by the end of the month as outlined in the announcement.

I have read all their ann, and they having been saying the same thing
for the lat 3 yrs with no results,
which parts of the ann--do u believe,
as when it does not happen no explanation!1
