It is disappointing to see another delay, though what's comforting is the detail provided around the discussions with the Chairman Managing Director Baijendra Kumar directly. ECT is no longer just dealing with Director of Projects NK Narendra, but also the head of NMDC.
All research I could do on the board meeting suggest it was just the share buyback as well, so it's corroborated in my view.
Shares might be a bit weak today but this will burn upwards throughout this month, knowing we are getting exciting news on La Trobe Valley as well as the commitment from Baijendra Kumar around January timing.
Am happy to hold and think sellers will be out of the money very quickly
