If you take a look at the (new) SRTMI website in the section dealing in government initiatives, there is quite a bit of alignment between what we and our partners are trying to do and the types of projects that can receive up to 50% funding from the ministry of steel.

Now god only knows the distinction between a government owned, publicly listed entities like NMDC and NLC and how that works into this policy but it's always about the money
I dare say this may have something do to with the current status of the project as well
