Hi Spc. Well why haven't they approved it yet? It's been 10 days at least since it was scrubbed from the agenda, over a month since the Dec board meeting didn't happen and a couple of months since the lead director was taken ill. If they don't need to meet to approve that's great but it how are they going to then explain the lack of a decision?
