Totally concur with your analysis. I understand the pressure ECT management are under but to give a veiled threat to NMDC is no way to elicit an agreeable response without risking undesirable repercussions. On the other hand, this has been dragging on since Methuselah was a lad, and needs to be bought to a conclusion. Now the kowtowing is finished we will finally see the NMDC direction, which to this point is not that of an aggressively interested entity, keen to bond with ECT. ...IMHO
