Nothing wrong with the building.
I've been to India twice for work, and sometimes its a case of "Don't judge a book by its covers". A lot of buildings tend to look shabby on the outside, however inside its a totally different story. The shear level of pollution in India is what tends to degrade the outside appearance of buildings.
