Patience — it will take time as our salespeople educate the initial champions of procedure change and the champions enthusiasm rubs off on colleagues.
It will be a build over time and incredibly farsighted move in building our BTM business for the long term and product life cycle - the difficulty in building this business is long term an asset because it builds the famous Moat Warren Buffet looks for in investing.
They are building the company to stand alone if someone comes to buy it they will need to pay up IMO !!
