On the same morning that we have this fantastic announcement, Brittany Isakka from Spheria Asset Management nominates PNV as her “growth darling” stock that can no longer deliver for investors.
Brittany says that PNV is the opposite of what her firm likes – she calls it a “cash-burning, profitless business”. She laments that over the past 10 years it has continued to spend more than it earns in revenue and that while it has recently reported “a small marginal profit….they’re still burning cash”. She says that, as a business that doesn’t earn great returns, it’s one that Spheria will avoid.
