I don't think anyone knows at this stage, this is why it's so exciting.
I think Swami is quite determined, the product is needed and in many cases it is cheaper to use it than to not (decreased hospital stay, lower morbidity, increased quality adjusted life years so people can remain in the work force, off disability, etc).
