Thanks for your insights from the other side of the coin. It's good to have balance even if you don't necessarily agree with it. In regards to WP, the agreement hasn't changed, it's just non binding. When the non binding agreement was put in place they declared they were looking at a more concrete agreement which would be put in place in the future if all went well. This is what they're referring to in the update. Only that they are still working on the binding agreement.
