re: Ann: Indian Operations Update - Modified ... Hi Joe, regarding the $500,000, in their quarterly report for December they state that a trial date has been set for the week commencing 20th June 2011. So we will have to wait untill then to see if they will release any news regarding this mater.
If no news, then shareholders should be calling Cedric and asking why. Like i said, pressure needs to be put on these guys from sharholders and if they don`t perform, then vote them out when they come up for re-election.
