yes true, but in SRT case this has not been a one of occurrence, its continued to miss deadlines ,it seems to be a management issue rather than anything else. no sure how long holders patience will remain even at how good a acquisition it may well be. any close under 2c is bearish imo and with out news for another two weeks I see it falling more.
