Perhaps it seems to you as if it is a management issue, but without insider knowledge you have no way of knowing that. It could be any number of things..
I agree that patience is likely wearing thin for many, however it is only two weeks (announcements like this have to be taken at face value until proven otherwise). To be fair, it depends on the holder and the investment time frame as to whether they remain or not. Whether it finishes today at 1.9 or 2.0 is quite insignificant for the majority of investors.
