This pretty much spot on - dear non holders above is not optimism its the reality of the situation.
It's a business transforming and capex is higher than previous years but work on hand is actually growing so demand for machine learnings is growing. They just havent materialised their orders into revenue as some of Appen's work is not a product off the shelf.
