Price looks attractive to me, $5.25 is a serious bid, they arent bottom feeders, they are pricing in a couple of years growth, but no doubt in my mind its still good for them medium to long term.
It would be good for NZ if somehow VocusNZ and 2Degrees end up merged, someone with deeper pockets might be able to make that happen.
