    We'll get a vote - I'm against.
    Very poor offer (now worse) franking credits are of little value to me.
    I think there might be more concern for employees than shareholders.
    I repeat my earlier comment, why exclusivity for an unsolicited T/O bid, lets get some competition going here.
    My opinion only of course.
