    15% discount despite the excellent recent performance including in September (ASX200 -2% vs FOR NTA +0.5%).

    At least the buyback is kicking back in. But it feels that the only way it'll trade back at NTA is to pay dividends.
    The MAI take over transaction might trigger a special distribution.
