MAI represents 7.8%of the portfolio as per August report. SP and FOR NTA have remained steady since.
Forager has been a major institutional investor in MAI since listing at 0.4c. Current SP is $2.8 so initial investment has gone up 7x.
So roughly 6.7% of current portfolio is profits which will have to be redistributed to unit holders.

Trusts pay no tax directly so there is no pre and post-tax NTA.

Trusts collect capital gains throughout the year and distribute these to unit holders. Prior to the distribution but after the capital gains transaction, the trust has a tax liability and therefore a PRE-tax Nta.
