    This has the hallmarks of one of AMED's backers instructing them to get out of coal. Carlo Baravalle is the director representing AMED's interests here. With all the recent bullish statements from Tony Weber and I think he has done a great job over the past few years, it would be a travesty if this low ball offer succeeded.
