I dont know how it works in the real world but id support a loan to buy out AMEDS share at $0.35. Heck why isnt this sort of anti takeover pill employed more often? Hoping the independentd aren't in a greedy position to want out at such a lowball offer. Surely with 2c q yr divviea they'd employ some patience and reject the lowball.


Anyway overall im disappointed but not surprised.

As i mentioned yesterday we all have stars in our eyes and valuations we'd like to see. Never see in practicality this eventuating and no surprises they're offering 0.35. I was hoping itd be closer to 0.40 but as a sweetener they may go there.
