    good arbitrage opportunity at open, 35c offer, 31c open, 4c on offer or 12%!!! Seems like people are asleep on this.

    I'd accept 34c on account of the uncertainty in the deal.

    Also, with the trade tarriffs, i cant think of a safer place to park money and get 12%. Buy Buy Buy
