I think they will break it up and sell it off in parts . They effectively only need to get $7 odd dollars for all the parts excluding the Gqg shares Pac owns . They will make a profit out of it and take regal out of the picture . Bit messy from a pac holders point of view but I think they will just have to either pay the holders out in cash or Gqg shares . Will be interesting anyway .
