re: Ann: Indicative proposal - due diligence ... G'day Jake,

IMO Dart's NSW venture will be absolutley no different to MEL.

Both will be a substantial number of wells (less than qld due to the laterals), removing gas from any coal seam will require more than one well.

Both will employ a substantial number of people.

Both will involve minimal fraccing by using laterals.

Both will NOT be in dense residential areas.

Both will involve gas sales to local businesses.

Both will be regulated to a higher degree than QLD csg fields and therefore prone to less problems, but also higher costs.

I don't think LNG ltd are desperate at all, as in minimal money has been spent so far in Australia and OSMR will be proven whether it be whether it be on OUR shores or on the shore of CHINA where they wont have to deal with our regulatory crap at all.

If CSG doesn't move ahead in NSW, the average laid back person that needs these jobs and benefits that it brings may just rise up against these greenies..... enough is enough.
