    re: Ann: Indicative proposal - due diligence ... funny how since their quarterly the part about buying gas resources has moved from the bottom of the list to the top of the list....still in discussions, means it is probably just coming down to price. unfortunately the overall market is not strengthening WCL's hand in these negotiations i am sure
