I have been a shareholder for a few years and am not interested in selling to an equity fund at the current levels.
I am surprised that the Directors even wanted to waste a lot of company effort and resources supporting a due diligence at the current levels.
With a COVID vaccine coming things are looking a lot more positive for a slow return to normal. Childcare is needed as an essential service.
