As a long term holder I hope you are right. TNK has come through a difficult time and it is likely that childcare/early learning will be assusted by increased government support to enable more women to return to the work force. I believe TNK has a good future and it will quickly return to paying good dividend. Shareholders who have supported TNK through the hard times should be the beneficiaries of the TNK recovery, not Alceon who have launched a low ball opportunistic offer. If Alceon or another bidder want TNK I believe the takeover price should be higher than the Consensus current valuation of $2.05 which does not include the valuation of the latest TNK expansion and accruing synergies.
