    Doesn't appear to be a great deal other than temporarily boosting the share price just because an offer's on the table.

    - 95c a share for the most worthwhile parts of the business
    - all debts to be held by the remaining businesses

    I'd say just float Domain and go from there. I reckon TPG will have to improve the offer by then.
