Anyone with half a brain would stay away from buying/holding stocks in a tier 2 lender. Lets just say are rather liberal with customers financial paperwork when substantiation is concerned, one may ask "if they are comfortable in playing fast and loose with applicant financial documentation, how diligent would they be with their own when presenting to investors?"
Need a second opinion, ask anyone that has worked with tier 2 lenders, such as brokers, accountants financial planners.
