The majors have to fund IDC otherwise they will loose out large !!
1) the announcement only says entered into discussions not that they have secured any agreement JV of the majors .
2) why not let the shareholders know who it is to reassure investment in IDC and push the stock price higher .
more information = more money invested
3) get the audit done !!
