"I believe an apology from you to the company and it's shareholders is in order? After all you were the one that recently wrote;"
I believe you owe ME an apology for deliberately MISQUOTING WHAT I SAID, elphamale. You left out the first paragraph in my post 13972829 which asked....."So what happens if the court finds in favour of these landowners and doesn't renew IDC's licence?"
IDC have raised money which they can't use to progress a project they don't have a legal right to
IDC have advertised the property (sale/jv partner) they don't have a legal right to
Do you comprehend??? What happens to the above IF THE COURT FINDS IN FAVOUR OF THESE LANDOWNERS AND DOESN'T RENEW IDC's LICENCE.....then the two senarios. By not including the first paragraph you have tried to twist a question into a suggestion that I said IDC has no legal right - that is very mischievous of you, elphamale
IDC have finally confirmed today THERE ARE LEGAL PROCEEDINGS against the company and that they will (of course) defend, but there is nothing to suggest IDC HAS ALREADY WON.
IDC have also announced today the Company "is confident it's exploration license will be extended" but there is no confirmation THAT IT IS IN THE BAG.
So, elphamale, the above two question I raised in my earlier post remain OPEN until (1) formal granting of the license and (2) formal notification IDC has been successful with this legal challenge. So until these two outstanding issues are cleared up I don't think any clear thinking person would call it a DONE DEAL, or as you put it...."Well now the company has confirmed that you are wrong on both counts". It has done nothing of the sort.
IDC also confirmed today the Cambodian tenements have not been renewed - were they not confident they would be renewed? Did they not have an agreement in place to sell them to Capital Mining - that agreement has now been terminated.
Wasn't the funding expected to be in place by the end of September 2014.......""Based on the Company’s discussions with its advisors, we expect the funding for this exploration program to be in place by the end of September 2014"
According to today's announcement that has once again changed.....they currently anticipate the fund raising required will be undertaken by the end of the current calendar year.
Let's hope they have enough money in kitty to last that long.
As for not responding to your post - quite frankly I hadn't seen since I only returned home from a trip on Saturday and have not caught up with reading every alert I had accumulated. It may come as a surprise to you but I don't live my life around IDC.
As for Mark Twain - I'm glad you read that quote. Next time you want to quote me - please do so correctly/completely. If you don't understand/comprehend what I said, do me the courtesy of asking before you shoot from the hip.
Jack456 posted details of the legal proceedings on 10 September, according to the document he posted it was issued on 3 September, and I posted the article I saw from kappaman dated 22 August - the company has only just seen fit to tell shareholders.
I think you have a cheek suggesting anyone other than IDC owes anyone an apology.
