True, although IMO the official renewal of the EL is still the key to IDC's survival and any future funding arrangement.

Until that is confirmed (which btw I expect it to be), I don't think we'll see much appreciation in the SP. In fact it would be very easy for someone with a large holding to sell on this news and take us down to 1c or thereabouts, based on current volume.
