re: Ann: Indochine Reports Very High Grade Go... Hi there Aman2

IDC are doing two things at once right now.

Things that have never been done at any time since the original discovery at Mt. Kare pre 2002.

    IDC is:-

    1 Determining the most efficient way of mining AUS$1,700,000,000 of gold out of 7 g/t dirt at Kare in 18 months’ time;

2 Finding another (quick) 1,500,000-2,000,000 oz., of gold before mining commences.

The original protocol given to IDC by Australian Mineral Laboratories (http://www.alsglobal.com) and IDC’s metallurgical consultants (Independent Metallurgical Operations) , 88 Thomas Street, West Perth, WA 6005, Tel: (08)92546900,Fax:(08)93221808 http://www.indmetops.com.au, required that all metallurgical testing of the cores be conducted in one continuous process prior to assay work.

However, given that time is of the essence, and now, at the point of undertaking the metallurgical and assay work AML have rearranged their processing of both the metallurgical and assay work so that these two separate processes can run in near parallel, saving about ten weeks of delay in getting results.

Now for your next depressive comment as follows…..”proving their own resources, not merely re-testing old ones and spinning it”.

IDC are undertaking a feasibility study Aman2, as if this alone was not pregnant with implications re testing, even to a lay person, so “retesting what”?

IDC has now completed a review of the seven different ore types at Mt. Kare using this as a vehicle to determine the physical and structural elements of the deposit.

This will allow IDC to identify the sequences in mineralization and therefore, the potential location of further discoveries (the three (‘new’) Bonanza zones).

They have advanced (on page 4 of the PFS posted here on Hot Copper) this program very rapidly and will probably commit to a new exploration plan this month.

Now for those who make vacuous and generally negative comments about this little company let me make a few comments germane to Mt Kare with this little quiz:-.

    1. Check out the cartoon depicting the four different mineral zones at Kare (on page 4 of the PFS posted here on Hot Copper) and take a good look at the CZ and C9 zones.

    2. Look at the picture on page 5 of the PFS posted here on Hot Copper, being the northern aspect of Mt Kare.

    3. Notice anything about the shape of the mountains’ northern profile, particularly its northern base terrain directly above the camp?

Can you see anything a little irregular looking about the terrain?

Now, take another look at the cartoon on page 4 of the PFS.

Ask yourself if you have any idea where the plus 1,000,000oz. of nugget gold found during the gold rush(1988 and 1992) came from.

(Clue, it was found immediatly below the current location of the Kare camp camp)

This was crystalline gold as found in the ultra-high grade Zone VII Roscolite at Porgera (oh, and at Kare in the C9 zone.

Any one worked it out yet?

For those who have, IMO, a minimum of another 1.5 million oz. prior to completion of the BFS in 2013.

But it could be a lot more.

The Roscolite Zone VII at Porgera is exactly the same style of mineralization as the Roscolite found at Kare.

In one zone alone Tony Burges found a zone at Porgera containing 6,000,000 oz. but in a space only 500x50x40 meters(cubed).

At that time Porgera was producing OVER 1,000,000 oz. of gold per years which at today’s rates is what, 1.5 billion dollars.

It’s going to be a relatively simple exercise at Kare and very exciting if you’re holding shares!
