Your research and historical knowledge of Mt Kare is exceptional.

I read page 4 and 5 of the PFS like you said and it seems clear as to what we have at Mt Kare.

I would not waste my time on tcf and other downrampers, they are hoping Indochine stays sub 20c so they can keep buying into the company.

Mt Kare looks like it will quickly become an exceptional gold mine.

A take over by Barrick does sound like a very good option in my opinion over time. They certainly have the cash for a fair priced takeover for all involved.
