re: Ann: Indonesian Drilling Program to Comme... No, he's saying all those wells will be drilled through to "beginning" of second half 2014, or by that time...is my interpretation.

Note he gives some leeway for the Indo drill of Gobi-1 in the Gurita PSC should the Hakuryu-11 not be released from Vietnam in November...ie, comes down to Indo in December.

Because the rig is being used in a rig share arrangement co-ordinated by Premier, it is more than likely that the rig would go to someone else's drill after our first well and s/t, and then comes back on the Gobi-1 drill at a break later in it's program (H2 2014).

Premier has got a bit going on in Indo...they're also bringing the Ocean General down from Vietnam in late November to do 2 wells...that's why I previously thought we were getting the General.

The Hakuryu-1 is a very sophisticated newbuild. She went to the job up in Vietnam in May this year straight from her construction completion in the Keppel yard Singapore. Capable of drilling in 425ft (130m) WD.

Of course this is my reading "between the lines", and I've been wrong before..on many occasions!
