It's only one news, the stock has increased 50%. It's actually not even news, it's is just a "good" update. Imagine when they are solid news, and this solid news with different country, then you should know if current sp is cheap or not. All in my opinions again. TV2 business take longer time than other business to establish, because it is not easy. Otherwise everyone will end up doing this. If a thing it's not easy, means the potential and the reward is the biggest when things happen. All in my opinions.
