I think there could be more to this CR than meets the eye. I still find it very odd that the placement was at a premium - surely even if Cancun was confident there was great things to come, TV2s back was firmly against the wall. They had almost no cash left at the time, and their only other option was likely another CN with MEF. So why didn't Cancun turn the screws and negotiate a better deal for themselves? There is something that doesn't quite add up to me here. The only way I could rationalise the premium was that Cancun were told certain news was imminent but there has been nothing following the CR to pump the price.
