It's the circumstances that I find very odd. At the time of the CR, they had virtually no money, and while we do not know for sure, they probably didn't have a bevy of suitors lining up. If you were Cancun, even if the prospects were excellent, would you not push for a better deal? TV2 did not appear to have a lot of leverage in the negotiations. If excellent news comes out soon, then like I said before it can be rationalised, but in the absence of news it is strange. Think about how many CRs you ever see done at a premium - even when a company's prospects are booming this is very uncommon, and even less so when a company is up against it.
