Cancun already had how many shares which had cost them how much? The $1.5mil isn't the figure to focus on... the real figure here is $300k which is the amount of the premium. That might be an amount worth paying for somebody with a substantial position in order to prop the price up. It's also worthwhile noting, that Cancun accumulated prior to paying the premium. So if I'm Cancun maybe I try to offset some of that $300k premium by the fact that I have bought plenty at around 1.2, which I hope I can then offload for a profit at around 1.4 or 1.5 because I expect the sp to move there after the announcement that I've taken up the CR at a premium.
